What is Dinote?

Dinote is a marketplace for non-dilutive capital, which means that we provide access to various forms of debt financing.

Dinote provides web-enabled businesses with tools to improve their fundability and a marketplace to easily compare and choose the best possible funding options.

Dinote nurtures each business as it germinates throughout the funding cycle.

Using the Dinote dashboard business owners can :

  • Benchmark their KPIs against similar types of businesses.

  • Receive tailored recommendations to improve their funding odds

  • Unlock new funding opportunities,

  • Compare and select the best possible funding solution.

What does it do?

In its very simplest form, Dinote provides access to financing options by analyzing data from your digital properties (websites, apps, etc).

How does Dinote work?

Once you've completed your quick online application and connected your bank account and payment processor. Dinote will provide preliminary offers from lenders directly through our platform - including rates and terms. Compare and choose offers and the lenders will contact you to finalize the process. If you are currently ineligible for funding, Dinote will notify you as soon as you become fundable.

Dinote provides you with easy online application services to access financing options from third party lenders. Dinote is not a loan provider or other funding provider and does not provide actual loans. Approval of an actual advance from a third-party lender is subject to a separate assessment process by the third-party lender and the advance is subject to the third-party lender's terms and conditions. Advance approval time may vary and is not guaranteed.
